Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist clients with shopping, errands, and outings
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with ambulation and safe transportation of clients
- Follow individualized care plans
- Complete required documentation and charting accurately
Requirements
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Ability to travel within the assigned service area
- Access to a mobile phone and internet
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate attitude

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
