Key Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, including wiping desks and surfaces, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows
- Empty internal and external rubbish bins
- Clean and maintain student and staff toilets
- Vacuum staff rooms, administration offices, and common areas
- Maintain general tidiness around school grounds, including collecting loose rubbish
- Carry out cleaning duties efficiently during school terms and non-term periods
- Participate in major cleaning activities during school holidays and summer breaks as scheduled
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to serve the school community in a cleaning capacity
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM during school terms
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Willingness to undergo a medical or physical examination if required
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
